Office staff is nice and the doctor too but very poor management.. received a call today 1/15 cancel my grandmothers appt for 1/19 because “they are closed for Monday holiday”. We schedule this 3 months ago, I asked if this was last minute and it was at the beginning of this year. That’s unacceptable and especially when you have elderly people who rely on transportation and can’t get to places just because they have to wait for transportation or for family members to make arrangements. Do better.
