What an awesome experience! The staff is friendly, Dr. Park and her staff take the time to listen and really address any and all your needs. Even getting my insurance to cover something by simply going above and beyond!! Love Dr. Park.
Had a great experience. Dr. Park is a great listener and willing to work with you to make sure you have the kind of lenses you need for the lifestyle you lead. Office staff incredibly friendly and also willing to work with you to find the right glasses that fit well and match your style. Attentive on insurance details and willing to work with you if you have coverage under your health insurance as well as EyeMed. I was extremely happy and highly recommend Dr. Park and her staff.
As always, Dr. Park addresses our concerns in a friendly manner. My 3 children and I have been here for 3 years. Lenses to me are as important as the frames and I can always ask the Dr. questions about our specific needs instead of talking to a salesperson. There is no push into buying anything and the ladies working there are courteous which is a plus.
I had a great experience with Dr. Park, and so did my family. She and her staff were very helpful in selecting frames to buy, and it was a great experience!
