Extremely disappointed with this service. I put down a large deposit to rent a gown with a hefty price tag. After a few fittings, I realized I wasn’t happy with how it was turning out. I voiced my concerns, but they kept insisting it looked fine and said there was nothing they could do to fix it. When I asked about switching to another gown, they told me I’d have to pay in full for both dresses even though I’d only be wearing one and keeping neither, since it was a rental.
