TERRIBLE customer service! My fiancée left here in tears after she was declined her appointment that she made 2 weeks in advance! They gave her attitude and basically told her to kick rocks. Shopping for a wedding gown is supposed to be special, who would want to spend thousands of dollars here to be treated like garbage? Extremely disappointed with this service. I put down a large deposit to rent a gown with a hefty price tag. After a few fittings, I realized I wasn’t happy with how it was turning out. I voiced my concerns, but they kept insisting it looked fine and said there was nothing they could do to fix it. When I asked about switching to another gown, they told me I’d have to pay in full for both dresses even though I’d only be wearing one and keeping neither, since it was a rental.
