I had a wonderful experience at the Miri store! The staff was super helpful (especially Elina) and the store was very beautiful and organized. She helped me to choose the dress that fits perfectly and feels high-quality!

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. They do not give you their time or energy, and their attitude towards the clients leaves a distasteful and upsetting environment.
I’m concerned about the behavior of one employee this lady Meira as it seems to negatively affect both customers and the business. On multiple occasions, I’ve noticed disrespectful language and MEAN attitude, I’ve observed customers leave without making a purchase. I believe that with a more positive and professional approach, this employee could greatly contribute to improved customer satisfaction and increased sales.
