Fui con la señora rubi a blanquear me el pelo y luego pintarmelo de color morado. La cita tardo 5 horas. En esas 5 horas, ella me estaba blanqueado el pelo. Me ardía bien feo la cabeza. Ella me dijo que eso era normal, bueno dije yo, esta bien. Luego cuando se terminó de blanquear mi pelo, vi que quedó todo feo. El pelo de arriba me quedo rubio y la parte de abajo me quedo oscuro. Usually have a 5 star experience with consistency. I like going to the same person each time because they know what I want. Been going here for years, referred other’s here, and only been somewhat disappointed a couple of times. Always tipped 30%. Today, I got passed on to a different person than who I booked my reservation with (4th time this has happened).
