This was my first visit, though my wife has been coming here for a while and always leaves happy. I brought my mom too. Jonathan was my barber, and he was fantastic—patient, detail-oriented, and he did even more than I asked without me saying a word. The staff is friendly, the service went above and beyond, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place!
Kind of disappointed - been going here a couple years and always saw Isabelle for cut/style and I would book online and it would be $40 with no wash. I booked an apt for today for the same thing as always and the price still says $40 online - I booked two apts (one for me and one for my daughter) supposed to both be at 5:00 with different stylists. We get there and Rubi sees both us. We leave at 5:40 (only 20 minutes spent on each of us) and she tried to charge me $100 plus tax. Had to argue and explain when I booked the apt... read more
