Such a beautiful community! I stopped by without an appointment and was greeted by Roco. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the apartment amenities, and really made sure I didn't feel rushed during my tour even though she wasn't planning on doing one at that moment. The apartments itself are modern and spacious, and the parking area and pool area/playgrounds were well kept. We really appreciate Paul’s help w/the maintenance. He was very kind and helpful w/our dryer, making sure everything was working perfectly.
The apartment complex is located in a great area. It’s close to a grocery store, the amenities are nice, and the commute to downtown Salt Lake City is short. However, the management leaves much to be desired. The property manager is often in a bad mood, making communication difficult. Her tone is consistently accusatory and upset, which can be frustrating, especially since frequent communication with the leasing office is sometimes necessary. Nice apartments and facilities we enjoyed living there for the most part. We had a few issues though and especially with moving out. The complex has a lot of pet owners and not a lot of grass space so there is constantly dog poop everywhere and the grass is always dying from dog pee. They started the dog poop DNA testing program, but they don’t actually collect the poop and test it. Good place to live while under the lease. I recommend moving in during the fall/winter when prices are lower. Maintenance requests are quickly fixed. Beautiful space, good appliances. We liked living here however management is extremely poor and doesn’t treat you with much respect.
