Dr. El Hayek and her staff and very kind, they’re thorough, and they do a good job getting everyone in and out in a timely manner. My reason for 3 stars is the very poor communication and response time when I’ve called with questions or asking for my test results. I had lab work done a week ago and another test a few days after that, no phone calls to tell me anything and absolutely nothing is in mychart. Our visit was good. The staff was friendly and the Doctor spend a good amount of time talking us through the information.
