First off appeared knowledgeable and well prepared for task, but then after got payment was hard to reach to get help or update on project,,, after months of inaction comes back with new price then had originally agreed without any real reason to justify the huge increase.

We had a 3-story flood in our Tahoe cabin over winter that was a total loss. Vladimir & his team helped dealing with the insurance company, very high knowledge of how insurance works. The crews were high skilled & trained, the level of quality is impeccable. Very impressed how fast they got project completed & insurance pay for everything. Our builder vladimir covered our deductible, we are very grateful to found this company, very honest people. I'm so glad we hire them!!

Hired this company for our whole house remodel & 900 sq/ft addition. After researching & meeting with different contractors, Vladimir stood out above the rest. He pointed out some structural items on the design plans that he recommended changing that would save thousand of dollars & not compromise design. All the crews were very professional, & the attention to detail was exquisite. The project was finished 2 weeks ahead of schedule. This company & everyone who works with Vladimir is high class, & give them 5 STARS!!
