Very close to trail for morning / evening walks

I am a current resident (moved in during the summer time) and recently welcomed my newborn. There was a notice about fire alarm testing in the afternoon from 4:00 pm through 7:00 pm and it was extremely loud even for adults. The onsite manager Vanessa told us the alarm would not be off until 7:30 pm and it’s “mandatory”. This was not acceptable and very likely damaging to my baby’s hearing system and I don’t understand why it had to be so loud.
