1. The noise. Inconsiderate neighbors. Upstairs will be playing bass, be having arguments and be banging things around at any hour. I'm talking 10pm, 2am, 4am.. it's horrible. What’s the WiFi password here anyone knows? The heaters inside the office and gym do not work at night!
Con - The noise. I can hear every step, every argument, even the alarm vibrating in the morning from neighbors. Every step literally shakes the lamp on the ceiling. This complex allowed people to freely have hardwood floors on upper floors without a good structure. Also the constant slamming of the door outside echoes throughout the building.
