I am a current resident (moved in during the summer time) and recently welcomed my newborn. There was a notice about fire alarm testing in the afternoon from 4:00 pm through 7:00 pm and it was extremely loud even for adults. The onsite manager Vanessa told us the alarm would not be off until 7:30 pm and it’s “mandatory”. This was not acceptable and very likely damaging to my baby’s hearing system and I don’t understand why it had to be so loud.
Location is great and safe. The building looks great on first glance. 1. Packages get stolen inside the complex OFTEN. My packages have been stolen multiple times and HOA won't respond about it. 2. Guest parking. Ok on weekdays, impossible on weekends. There's a few cars that have been parked for months. 3. Noisy neighbors. we can hear every stomp, every argument, alarms, doors, vacuums, breadmaker. It ruins every single day for us.
