The resort itself was beautiful and serene. The services aspect was a mixed bag. I am writing this review primarily to call out a shining star who added a bit of sparkle to my visit--Marty (tour guide?). He is kind, helpful, and caring. I so appreciated the caring touches you added to my day as we crossed paths several times. You seem to go above and beyond--not just fulfilling your duties, so Thank you!

Unlike no other hotel. Spiritual transformations, particularly mediums, guided journeys… and all at a World of Hyatt. Of course there’s the sports and fitness journey, but you’ll find me trying new things like a cacao ceremony or manifestation class

This place was amazing! The staff were ALL happy. I didn’t encounter a single person who looked like they weren’t happy. It definitely contributed to the vibe. Their focus is on YOU, the guest. It’s all inclusive except alcohol and some amenities, but you do get credits per night that can be used towards experiences. Phones are allowed to take pictures, but they do discourage phone use unless you’re in a phone area so you can just focus on yourself. There’s so much to do here.
