Really disappointing experience with MiraStar Credit Union. A Zelle payment was deducted from the account but never delivered and has been stuck in “processing” with no clear resolution. When we contacted MiraStar for help, we were told there was essentially nothing they could do and that we would either need to contact Zelle ourselves or wait to see if the transaction gets rejected. This is by far the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with! First of all Marisol and Richa are the worst! Beyond unprofessional rude and disrespectful! I will NOT recommend this bank to anyone! They treat the employees like trash too! Don’t apply and don’t bank here.
