Rude.
Very poor customer service, and just a questionable practice all around. They do their best to make the patient feel like an idiot for advocating for themselves. I have had several unpleasant dealings with them, and they are unwilling to assist you when you need answers. When I am sick, the last thing I need to be asked is "So, what do you want me to do?"
