Dr Mcghee is a very good doctor, but her office has made so many mistakes ordering labs, it's laughable. They have ordered irrelevant test and billed against my insurance, and I've paid the deductible. When I brought the issue up they wanted me to figure out how to fix and send copies of my bills for erroneous labs. HOW is this my issue, do I need to train the staff to request appropriate tests? I have a full time job, how about this office figure out how to do their job.
