Received a call back with McGhee and the office manager. They had no answer on how my referral fell through the cracks and why I had to bring this to their attention. They are great at prescribing drugs but have not any idea how to run a business. Jarrod was very quick to assign blame to me and he had done all he could do. Why does the office manager need to get in involved in a referral? My advice is to go somewhere else.
Still waiting on a call back from Jarrod Rees the office manager and COO. Evidently he is the only person who can respond and per the office person I spoke to he had "errands to run". Do I get a discount for people unable to do their jobs? I'll wait for my check in the mail.
The doctors are only available from 9:30am to 3:30 pm M-F. Please sign me up for this job.
Once again, Dr McGhee was great on my visit but she requested to I see a liver specialist. If I did not hear back in 2 weeks for the appointment I was directed to call her office. I called her office and was given the phone number for the liver specialist. They were missing lab results from Dr McGhee's office and I was not allowed to schedule an appointment with the liver specialist.
