Usually I have a great experience here but today the lady who massaged me was watching a show or something on her phone during the massage and holding the phone in her hand. I had to ask her to use both hands to massage me, still she did not do this, and when I asked her if she was watching something on her phone she told me she was just “holding it.” Was a very poor massage and I’m disappointed because typically the service there is good for me. Will not be returning after this experience.
Very average and over priced service. The room is very small and I was asked to do my foot massage outside on the chair so other people can use the room then in the end I was charged $10 extra because I chose to do two half an hour massages instead of the 1 hour I paid for?! Wont come back, there are plenty of good places around.
Bad massage. 2 days later still hurting more than before I went in. They seem to like attacking knots that aren't and don't understand what a massage is.
