Leaving this review solely because of their office staff and lack of professionalism. Made an appointment a week ago, attempted to fill out the pre-appointment forms but because I didn’t have my dental insurance card wouldn’t let me finish. Day of the appointment they begin blowing up my phone, called and texted them back letting them know I didn’t have the insurance card but have the information for them. They let me know it would be $125 charge because they had been “trying to reach me for weeks”. Not sure how that’s even ... read more
