I went to Miran’s to buy a new silver chain, after another jeweller had cleaned a highly sentimentally valued piece & its chain, & told me I needed a new chain. Oscar was so kind & honest—he made me see I didn’t need a new chain. I was so grateful, especially as the piece & its chain had been my mother’s favourite piece of jewellery, & I wanted to wear it to a memorial service for a close family member.
