very good service. always on time to pick up my cans. very professional
The blue container has been missing the lid for over a year. I called but they just don’t care.
They were billing me incorrectly for the last few months. When they found their mistake, they billed me $500 dollars without informing me. Luckily, I used my credit card. Otherwise, my mortgage payment and auto insurance combined with this payment would have not cleared. Unprofessional to say the least.
They do their work nicely, smoothly, and professionally, they send bills, we pay, and they pick up our trash, what else they can do? It’s a business, I don’t have anything to complain about them. A+
