My beautiful wife and I love our Miramonte Flagstaff condominium.
Miramonte threated to sue me over this review. That's the kind of company they really are. Instead of reaching out to fix the current problem, that would have cost less and made for a satisfied customer, they pay a lawyer to threaten me for deformation. Absolutely a bait and switch company. We were promised a "bada** house" with Miramonte and have had 3 years of nothing but problems. Sunken driveway due to faulty installation. Rebuilt master bathroom due to faulty installation. Roof joists not even nailed down due to faulty installation. Garage door literally fell out of the ceiling due to faulty installation. 50%, literally half, of the doors in my brand new home needed to be fixed or replaced due to faulty installation.
