Warranty service on stucco is supposed be honored by Miramonte but since they severed ties with their subcontractor I am not getting the much needed repairs. They tell me they have a warranty with their ex subcontractor and I have to wait until they can get them back here. I have been waiting 5 months and Miramonte should honor their warranty service using whatever means possible. Altura is a great community but they couldn’t chosen a more reliable builder.
I know them. They use very low quality materials, people be careful of them before buy something.
