The apartments had roaches everywhere in the apartment and as I filed for pest control they took forever to handle it and when they did “handle it” the problem didn’t go away also the parking situation is horrible and if u are looking foward to the pool it is always closed but the people are nice and the gym is also good despite all the machine problems.

Wouldn’t even give one star. The property manager was very rude . Called to check my mom’s application and she said word from word. “It’s denied” and than hung up in my face didn’t say anything else. She is the most rudest person I have talked to over the phone and they need someone else in there.

I don’t know if I should say this SCAMMING or what but this complex is towing cars ILLEGALLY. I’ll explain: This complex has started towing cars sometime this year and yes they did give us a heads up. However, as residents we have never received parking permits for our personal cars nor do we have assigned parking spots. The only assigned spots are under the car port that you have to purchase for an additional $35 a month. Why are they towing cars from a complex that does NOT have a GUEST PARKING area. Currently looking to move so I called this complex to see if they had a two bed two bath available Cindy informed me that they did I then ask her if they took section 8 housing vouchers she told me that they did I went the same day to view the apartment she showed me a smaller version two bed two bath for around 1200 that particular unit she would not take a voucher for I think she wanted me to pay full cash when I told her I had a voucher smh she had two units she was trying tomlewse that day she stated that multiple times ... read more
