We were excited to try Miramonte and celebrate a birthday there, but the whole dining experience was horrific. The restaurant decided to hold a World Cup watch party with 3 very large, loud and obnoxious tables. The large group cheered so loudly at one point that my daughter, who was coloring, literally jumped. Not only were the patrons loud, but the volume on the projector was on too, so the raucous crowd was competing with the TV commentators. I had high expectations and was very happy when this restaurant opened. However, it was quite a disappointment. The atmosphere is nice, but the service is very slow - apparently from the kitchen. Our server kept apologizing but that doesn’t change the fact that it took nearly 30 minutes for our food to arrive. Once we had our meal it was not as good as anticipated. Actually quite ordinary. For the cost I’d go elsewhere. And please skip the artichokes. They were not prepared correctly.
