If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband being a patient here has turned out to be a nightmare without resolution in sight. My husband has been a patient here for many years. Last year, he had a new insurance. They told us they were in-network so he continued going there. We started to get claim denials in the mail, saying we owed hundreds of dollars for each (monthly) visit. I am a current MVP client, and my experience has been great at the Fort Collins Miramont Wellness Center. I called the office today to request a telehealth appointment, and Ginger scheduled me with the physician assistant Ray Quenneville, and within the hour, his assistant called me back to find out my symptoms and then Ray called me back shortly after and prescribed the medications I needed.
