Karen was very nice. Pleasant and talked of some of my issues today. I was very satisfied. Dr Bender has been my Dr several years. He is always pleasant and thorough, I am comfortable with him and his team.
One star after seven years as a patient. I stayed with Miramont for far too long, hoping the experience would improve, but the same problems continued year after year. Their phone system has repeatedly been unreliable or unavailable, making it unnecessarily difficult to reach anyone. Staff often seem unsure how to handle basic questions and regularly have to walk into the back to consult privately with a doctor or another employee before they can provide an answer.
