The office staff could not be worse. If you have a billing issue, good luck. It’s impossible to talk to anyone besides a receptionist. Their system has been down for over a year or at least that is the excuse I always hear. They’ve forgotten I’ve been waiting in a room before, not told me they’ve moved offices, etc. I’ve tried to work with this office for about two years and I’m finally calling it quits.
I have been a patient at the snow Mesa office for 5 years. Ray Quenneville has been the only doctor that has been able to figure out my medical issues and his team if I ever need anything or to be fit in on an emergency visit that make sure it’s that day or the next! Amazing team!!
