Their customer service leaves something to be desired. Do not ignore and proceed to gaslight your potential customers, bearded man at the till. It's not nice to show up to an appointment and be treated like you are not welcome in an establishment. I happily spent my $1200 elsewhere.
Took my car in here three weeks ago to get an alignment done, but before he even did the alignment, I asked him how the bushings were on my car because if I needed to replace the lower control alarms, I would need to do that before getting the alignment done. They told me everything look good and when I got it reevaluated two weeks later, I was told the bushings in the front end look like they’ve been gone for a while. so now after I replace the lower control arms, I’m going to need to get another alignment. won’t be here.
Great price, great guys to deal with.
