Very disappointed with my experience at Miramichi Honda. I purchased a brand-new 2026 Honda Civic, and after a few months, a noise started coming from the steering system. I returned to the dealership several times. Several parts were replaced, including the complete steering rack, but the noise is still present. Terrible and rude service. Ivan Laviolette and Jean Paul Richard have treated a friend extremely poorly after they lied to her about the vehicle she purchased. Would never recommend getting any vehicle from them.

Dropped off my CRV for MVI and change of tires. Received a drive to work-before 9:30 received texts regarding repairs, approved them, by 10am received invoice and paid it from work. Vehicle was returned to my work before 11am! Thank you Jana and all-including Doug😂 for a very smooth morning!
