I purchased a 2023 CRV this week from Chris (and Ivan). I had the best customer service experience that I have ever had! They were professional, courteous, and gave fair pricing for my trade-in as well as coming to an agreeable price on my newer vehicle. The entire staff were engaging and individually responsible for my positive customer service experience from the receptionist that greeted us to the spectacular presentation of my new car! Went in for an fix to my AC unit of my civic, and due to having a 7 month old baby I couldn't wait in the facility. The service manager drove me home and picked me uo when my car was done. So kind! Definitely will be back. Thanks so much!
Almost 1 year ago my husband and I moved from Nova Scotia to Miramichi. We decided to trade our Honda hrv in for a Ridge Line. We were referred to the salesperson DOUG SARGENT.
