Usually great service, but today after an hour wait without acknowledgement, we were told it would be another hour, and we could not leave or we would miss our appointment if we were not there when called. Further more the place was dirty, floors needed to be mopped and swept, bathroom smelled of urine. Garbage can overflowing. Sitting was full, because people were still arriving and patient there were not being seen. Inconvenience when taking time off work for appointment. Hopefully things improve, for our next visit.
Worst experience iv ever had with any doctor or specialist. Was made to wait over 2 hours for my 1 year old daughter to be seen. At this point my daughter was hungry, tired and fussy.. when she finally saw us she told us to go for a walk and come back so my daughter could calm down. I went for a walk and never went back. Told the receptionist to send the referral back and I would be going somewhere else. If i could give 0 stars I would.
Went there from Fredericton was referal to have stye removed. Was told by Fredericton eye clinic less busy, wasn't getting eye appointment issue was fast but got there waiting room packed with people. On seeing female eye specialist, she just prescribed pills and eye ointment which is not what I went there for and then wanted to book me to remove skin on my top eyes which was not referal for. Total of 2 hours here. Luckly was easy find parking spot only good thing. I can help it I will never return and only way communication... read more
