Contacting this office by either phone, email or text message is horrible. 2 of us have been trying to confirm an appointment with them, no less than 25 calls, texts message and or emails were sent with 0 answer. We will be asking for a referral to another office going forward, worst service I have ever experienced. If I could give this review 0 stars I would!
Patient flow is terrible! Bathroom is worst I've ever seen in a clinic!
The best eye care centre in the Maritimes!
We’ve been to this clinic several times as a follow up to cataract surgery and the clinic has a very poor ability to manage patient flow. Waiting times are horrible and waiting room has been standing room only on many occasions Would not recommend this clinic.
