This place is a scam. I asked them to provide some additional information before I gave them my address and date of birth and they hung up on me. Called back and asked to speak to a manager and they started arguing with me. This screams scammer 100%.
I have recorded numerous calls from this agency and everytime I answer they hang up on me. Today I answered and stated to the girl I don’t have a job and she just hung up on me again. How would you expect me to create a payment plan when you guys keep hanging up on me?
This place is a joke they want you to pay a bill but yet their phone system never works and all they want to do is harass people
I am receiving repeated calls from this agency regarding an alleged medical debt. I have never received a written debt validation notice as required under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, yet calls continue nearly daily. I have disputed the matter in writing and requested proper documentation. To date, no validation has been provided and the calls have not stopped. Consumers should be aware of their rights and insist on written notice and validation before engaging.
Scam company. Trying to “collect” a debt we don’t owe. We contacted said hospital they claim we owe, they said our insurance covered the full bill and we owe them nothing. Everyone we call and mention that too hangs up almost immediately or otherwise states they’ll continue calling until we give them money. How professional 🥰
