Scam company. Trying to “collect” a debt we don’t owe. We contacted said hospital they claim we owe, they said our insurance covered the full bill and we owe them nothing. Everyone we call and mention that too hangs up almost immediately or otherwise states they’ll continue calling until we give them money. How professional 🥰

Sent me a collection letter for a children’s hospital… I DONT EVEN HAVE KIDS! I call and they act like I’m the one at fault they can’t validate who they’re actually supposed to go after. The lady that picked up the phone sounded absolutely miserable and had no interest in speaking to me, not surprised based off the rest of their reviews. I ask them what I can provide TODAY to stop this whole mess from becoming an issue and they REFUSED to answer me
