I don’t know who hires this so called group of bill collectors for Crestwood. But professionalism is imperative. Do not call me at times where I have told you people I am not available. Then you hang up in my face as if I care. I want everyone to know that you people are so far from effectively knowing how to do your job!!!! Get proper training then call us because this is not how you EFFECTIVELY get people to want to talk to you or listen. Once again get PROPER Professional TRAINING or find something else to do!!!

This company is a scam. They called me trying to collect the debt that is not possibly due as I have reached my maximum out of pocket per my insurance company. Somehow they are getting information from medical providers and trying to exploit people who have had medical procedures done. If I could give a zero I would! These sorry losers have called me almost every day for some old medical bills. They would rather make money from collections than run the bill through again and get paid, oh that's right then they would not be paid UTSW would be paid. These people are not your friends. Wake up people..

Miramed is attempting to collect a debt on behalf of a company—MedLab24—that is no longer reachable. In fact, the phone number listed on MedLab24’s website now routes directly to Miramed, indicating that the original provider is either defunct or has transferred operations without transparency. I have repeatedly requested postmarked proof that this debt was ever properly billed to me, as I would have promptly addressed any legitimate charge. I don't answer calls from unknown numbers, but Googled this number which calls daily and leaves no message. Appears to belong to this collection agency. I have zero medical or other debts warranting harassment from a collection agency, yet they continue to call. They have not sent any sort of written notice about why they're trying to contact me either, just daily calls with no voicemail or any other such message. Pretty scammy if you ask me.
