Very disappointed. Took 1 hour to get our salads after asking for them and 1 1/2 hours to get our dinners. I tried canceling my order because it was taking so long and it magically appeared. No beer available and didn’t even offer a wine list. Thought this very odd for an upscale Italian restaurant . Food is good but way over priced. Owner was charming. We won’t be returning. There are much better restaurants to frequent.
From the moment we walked in, it felt less like dining at a restaurant and more like being welcomed into an Italian family’s home. Difficult to rate this restaurant. Wonderful food, atmosphere and staff. Unfortunately the owner is the only chef and most meals take over 2 hours. Our server kept us posted but I was hungry and since it took over 45 minutes to receive the salad and over 90 minutes to get the main meal, I was a bit tense. Suggest that anyone going plan for a two hour dinner and use time to be with friends and family. The food was delicious with an abundance of flavor! 10/10 will be returning!!
