I've used this company three times. The first visit with the owner was great, but the last two visits with his brother were disappointing. During one visit, he somehow knocked the bottom frame off my teenager's bed and left without mentioning it, and he also threw my computer chair onto the bed. On the most recent visit, he refused a simple request to wear shoe covers and then made an inappropriate comment about a Japanese customer, saying they "should have stayed in Japan" because they asked him to remove his shoes.
