Fast, friendly, courteous service at a great price. These guys know their stuff. Scrubbed tough stains leaving carpets like new. Second time we used Miramar and will absolutely use them again.
Let me start by saying that this is the 3rd time I've tried to write this. my fat fingers keep loosing it. If I hadn't been so impressed with Miramar, I would have given up a long time ago. We have lived in our house in Chandler for 27 years. When we purchased the house we had 1000 sq. ft. of ceramic tile installed. It had never been professionally cleaned. Ivan and his crew always do a great job and arrive on time. We had our tile floor cleaned and it looks like new again.
Aaron did a custom cleaning service on my area rugs. I appreciate he spent time to understand my expectations of the cleaning process and possible outcome. He paid attention to the rug fibers, the rug qualities, and the traffic pattern. He certainly had my best interest at heart, did a terrific job and quickly.!
