She’s very condescending and arrogant. She made me come in for a endoscopy follow up appointment & charged a $35 copay to simply tell me it was normal. She or a nurse could’ve simply called me for free to tell me that. I live 1 hr 15 min away. She wasted my time, gas & money. I will not recommend or see her again.
If i could give no stars i would! My daughter had an appt today with this office and was coming from Fort Lauderdale she called to say she was in traffic and would be 17 min late. They told her to come in. She walked in 13 min late they had her pay and wait for 40 min and then proceeded to tell her after the 40 min that there is a 10 min grace period and she was 16 min late and the dr can’t see her.
