We just ate at Mirak. The food was fresh and excellent. Welcoming and clean dining room with first class service. The fish is flown in from Japan three times a week, and you can tell. We had tuna tataki and crispy rice with spicy tuna for appetizers. They make the sushi rice with homemade vinegar and it was the tastiest crispy rice I’ve ever had. All of the rolls were excellent, and they have very good desserts. The owner is incredibly welcoming, friendly and knowledgable.
