Zero star!!! I feel obligated to speak up about my experience, because what happened was not only unprofessional it was deeply unsettling. While in the wet area, a staff member repeatedly told my partner to remove his swimwear and I’m not exaggerating when I say this happened more than five times. It came across as extremely creepy and invasive, and made us both feel deeply uncomfortable. This is not okay. No guest should be pressured like that, especially in such a vulnerable environment. eucalyptus steam room and the exfoliating scrub by Wegahta very soothing. The massage that followed was relaxing and ending the visit in the cozy lounge with tea and cookies was a treat. My partner and I loved every part of the experience. The place is one of a kind and the staff are extremely kind and welcoming. We’ll be coming back!!
