Scott Ortega, the owner of Mirage Spa Sales will offer you the moon and provide nothing. We purchased a defective hot tub from him, and he has refused to fix is, called us racial slurs, insulted us, swore at us, threatened us and has hung up on my husband and I numerous times. The hot tub will not heat up over 85 degrees, the side panels are coming off and cracking, the insulation is leaking out AND HE DOES NOTHING!!! STAY AWAY - this man i crazy.
