I had a terrible experience living here. When I first moved in, the apartment was dirty — floors hadn’t been cleaned, the walls were marked up, and there were maintenance issues right off the bat. The overall quality of the unit was just really poor. The worst part came after I moved out. They charged me ridiculous fees, including a “cleaning” charge even though I left the place in better shape than I found it. The apartments are above decent, and I was moved from a not so good unit, to a good unit, thanks to Amy, she’s one of, if not the BEST property managers I’ve ever dealt with and has every tenants best interest in mind. If it wasn’t for her i honestly would’ve ended my lease early.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I lived here for a year and just moved out. From day one, this place was a disappointment. When I first walked into my unit, I was met with water damage and visible mold. The carpets were filthy, the paint job was sloppy, and everything just felt dirty. This place is disgusting. The “staff” are generally clueless if you have actual questions. They never answer their phones. You’ll be charged on move in with fees that were never discussed or that were previously “waived” by them. All in all, I DO NOT recommend this place. It’s generally dirty and trash is everywhere. The ONLY redeeming quality is the maintenance staff. It’s cheap for a reason. Save yourself the hassle. They will damage your room and ask you to pay for the repair. Live somewhere else!
