The Mirage is poorly managed and not worth the money. I moved out in July but was still charged $180 for utilities after I left (mind you Its almost the end of September) , even though the manager told me my last bill was in August. Maintenance is unqualified (a dryer repair burned my clothes, the AC broke constantly, and the ceiling leaked) and the gates that were promised in the lease never worked. My daughter now resides here. Right on the college bus line. 3 pools!! Gym, volleyball. Really clean complex. The apartments are nice inside also. If your student needs a place i recommend this one.
Dakota is such an awesome person to work with!! Highly recommend!! She goes out of her way to make sure you’re 100% satisfied! Customer service is off the chart and you can tell she really loves her job!! We need more people like her working in this area!! 10 stars!!! Thank you!!!
