I would have literally gone negative star if there was an option. I walked out of the salon in tears because of the pain they gave me while waxing. But the owner had no remorse. I had already paid for the services and asked for a refund which obviously she did not acknowledge. The girls literally tore my skin apart while waxing even the sensitive areas with no remorse at all. the first photo was my hair before i got a cut, it was already layered. i went in today to have it cut or atleast trimmed since my hair is getting longer. the second photo was the inspo i showed and the last two was the one i got. my hair ended up being too short and no layers at all. i asked her why theres no layers at the back and the lady said that my hair is too thin etc but i always get the same cut in hamilton. i tried to have it done here since i just moved to mississauga and the place was recommended yet this is how ... read more
