Not impressed with the service at all The day we went in to Mirage, no one even greeted us. There were some other customers in the store, but even so, to me good customer service means at least acknowledging other customers as they enter the store. We wandered around in the store for several minutes, trying to look at the spas on our own, but with no information posted on them, there was no way to know anything without some help from a team member. well stocked Mirage Pool & spa is a great place to shop for both in the ground & above ground pools. I buy alot of the chemicals for our granite pool. I like that they will test my water to let me know exactly what I need.
