Where do I start! The atmosphere here is so amazing. It has a beautiful zen to it. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The assistant was amzing as well. Our conversation was so amazing. I love how Dr. Kapoor was so relatable. Her presence was amazing. She is very knowledgeable about her profession. She is passionate and informative. I like how she took her time to hear my concerns. This was the first time I brought my 89 year old dad here for a check up. He has memory issues and did not do well at his previous dentist appointment. April was WONDERFUL! She spoke slowly, was constantly reassuring dad that he was doing great, and understood what was needed for a successful visit. Unfortunately, dad has periodontal issues that will require sedation and they are not equipped for that. The check up and referral went well and I would highly recommend this office.
Everyone there is friendly and kind, as well as efficient. They explain everything before and during procedures and helped build a treatment plan to make sure my smile looks amazing and I felt comfortable every step of the way. We started at this practice when I believe it was new and weathered the growing pains. I thought they were now better staffed and running well. My husband did invisalign with them and they said it was done and no more trays when his teeth hadn't moved at all. The last straw was we had cleanings scheduled for my kids. They called the week before to say they no longer do them on Fridays and needed to reschedule.
