Well Dr. Hanna is just the greatest and I'm blessed to go to such a beautiful place to see such an excellent doctor. Those two secretaries, Patty and Kristen, not so much. I'm going to list the times they have disrespected me in order and you can decide if I'm oversensitive or if these two are sick, evil, and pathological.
