I would give 0 but that’s not an option. Lots of promises and no shows. Even paid in advance to help Gino out. Thought I was going to get a great system, instead all I got was crap! I’ve texted multiple times and left messages only to hear crickets. Heard he has moved on to construction. Unless you want your house to fall down don’t hire this guy.
Scheduled 4 appointments with Gino to get wired internet setup in the living room, he missed two appointments completely & gave me a dozen excuses about not having time or the right tools for the other 2 appointments. Finding a different provider to complete his half ass unfinished job.
Gino and the whole team at Mirage have been great to work with. They helped me out with a home theater install and also some home automation equipment. Highly recommend.
