This office is Very unprofessional! I should’ve known when everything happens through text- which I initially did Not like but warmed up to because their response time was pretty good. However, when I arrived NOONE greeted my daughter and I which I ALWAYS find rude and unprofessional in ANY establishment!!!! Then she very dismissively asked if I had an appt and requested my ID and insurance. I took my mom to see Dr. Kathleen Miraflores and my goodness she is the best eye Dr. I have come across. Through the examination, explanation and references. Thank you so much Dr. Miraflores.
This has to be one of the BEST Optometrist I have been to. The Staff is sooo VERY HELPFUL! Dr. Flores is the BEST!! I highly recommend this place if you need a exam! And UNLIKE most Optometrist I have dealt with definitely do not be afraid to ask questions!! While YES there are STUIPD questions out there (unlike what your momma told you growing up) BUT the staff there will still take the time to explain anything they can, and not make you feel like you are infringing on their precious time!!!)
