I would give them less than one star, but that is not an option.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Owner runs an unethical business.I ordered 5 replacement windows. They were all to be Low E and with obscurity glass. After they were installed, I noticed that 2 of the 5 had been installed incorrectly. As a general contractor, we have used Miraco Glass for several years, and thought we had a good working relationship. Unfortunately, they just charged our credit card WITHOUT NOTIFICATION and WITHOUT APPROVAL. I will NEVER use this company again, I have instructed my employees to not contract with them again. That is UNETHICAL at best, and ILLEGAL at worst.

Miraco Glass has done several jobs for our *************************** and they are always quick, efficient, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for any glass replacement.

Shouldve contacted the Better Business Bureau before things got out of hand, but I did not. In April *****, the owner replaced 2 of my windows repaired with new brackets. From the beginning I had trouble with one of the windows continuing to stick and called *****, and he promised he would get back to me as soon as possible. Three weeks later I called him again and said not to worry I had somebody else take care of it.In November before Thanksgiving the window brackets failed completely and my window would not close. Several years ago they replaced three windows for us. They have all failed since then. We used Star Glass to replace them and they found one long window was too short (top to bottom). Miraco had to have know because the glass was sitting on top of the frame rather than seated in it.

We've had a couple panes replaced by Miraco and were very satisfied with the work. Then a strange thing happened. We asked the owner to come back out to quote replacement of more (different) windows that had failed since he'd replaced the first ones. He came out to measure and promised a quote by email, which never came. When I called him he, confirmed that he had the correct email address and promised to send it immediately. Still no response. I can see why they have an A+ rating. Would recommend this store to anyone that needs glass work done on their home. Technicians were super friendly and went about their work in a very professional manner in replacing two windows on our home. They completed the work very quickly and neatly. I thought the price was very fair and did not exceed estimate given to me by telephone by Mr. ***** **********. If I need work performed in the future, I would definitely go back to Miraco Glass. ****** Tucson
