We decided to go with MiracleCord because the customer service was excellent from the beginning compared to others in the market. They were able to solve all of our questions very fast. Really simple process with MiracleCord. I called them the day before my wife gave birth. A courier brought the packages to us within 2 hours. The doctors knew what to do with everything and once they're ready, you call the number and a courier is there within an hour. Recommended them to a few friends already who have used them. Very happy with their service and will continue to refer.

Miracle cord has treated me and my family so kindly. If we were a little late on payments they were very understanding and worked with us. We are so happy about all the experiences that we had. It was super easy collecting our Son's Cord blood and cord tissue. Absolutely wonderful service, and very affordable.
