We decided to go with MiracleCord because the customer service was excellent from the beginning compared to others in the market. They were able to solve all of our questions very fast. Really simple process with MiracleCord. I called them the day before my wife gave birth. A courier brought the packages to us within 2 hours. The doctors knew what to do with everything and once they're ready, you call the number and a courier is there within an hour. Recommended them to a few friends already who have used them. Very happy with their service and will continue to refer.

So far they have been great. Easy to get questions answered. Their service is great even when we had small issues due to timing they answered and promptly reassured us. They kept us in the loop for everything and we feel like it was a great value.
