My wife and I picked the package for blood cord and tissue. We did a lot of research and Miracle Cord was providing the best prices and conditions from all of the other companies. Unfortunately I don't remember the agent's name on the phone, but he was super friendly and helped us through the whole procedure. Our baby was born in the morning of July 3rd. We gave them a call and exactly 30 minutes later there was a guy who picked up the samples. We are very happy with their services!

We decided to store our baby’s cord blood and tissue after understanding its benefits. We started our research and came across miracle cord. They were providing equivalent services like other companies but the prices were much more affordable. Their services are also very well organized. We received our package with detailed instructions which were easy to follow and once the baby was born, company sends a person to the place your baby is born in order to collect the samples. We read a lot about stem cells, where by saving the baby’s blood cord and tissue could help them in the future. Through our research, we decided to go with Miracle Cord due to its tenure in the industry, experienced customer service and affordable pricing. They answered all of my questions and made the experience so easy. The kit arrived within a few days of enrollment and the pickup process after delivery was easy and seem less. When we evaluated cord blood storage services, Miracle cord had the best price, to the point that it made our decision easier about whether we should preserve cord blood or not. The process of collection was pretty smooth - we received the package which we handed to the doctor who checked everything followed by a call to the courier who picked it up promptly from the birthing center itself. Highly recommended.
