I have been here for a year and love going here! Wonderful instructor and can work with clients of all experience and fitness levels. When I started, I was totally new and instructor helped explain everything along the way - it never felt intimidating. Her positive attitude and encouragement is ever present and she has a great, wholistic approach. The best thing about the this studio is the very small, intimate class size. I prefer yoga class to other high-intensity exercise ，Teacher Summer is Very friendly. Beautiful,Different from practicing by watching videos at home. The teachers here will help you correct your movements to prevent injuries. Whenever my friends see me, they say, "Have you lost weight? You look prettier." Hearing these words of praise makes me very happy. This is my motivation to keep exercising.
Watch your wallet ! The good parts- Summer knows what she is doing and she’s dedicated. She also seems nice. Negatives out weigh the positives though. 1. It’s expensive $150+ for a private lesson. Much more than competitors. In retrospect I should have joined my gym yoga class for no additional charge. 2. Don’t sign a contract or be very certain if you do. I came only for a single lesson.
