I’ve known this yoga teacher for many years, and I’ve been practicing here for many years as well. She is truly wonderful. Even though I had a period when I didn’t go regularly, I always come back to her classes. After practicing consistently, I’ve seen a big improvement in my body. I used to have muscle pain and quite severe menstrual cramps, but both have improved a lot. I have been here for a year and love going here! Wonderful instructor and can work with clients of all experience and fitness levels. When I started, I was totally new and instructor helped explain everything along the way - it never felt intimidating. Her positive attitude and encouragement is ever present and she has a great, wholistic approach. The best thing about the this studio is the very small, intimate class size. I prefer yoga class to other high-intensity exercise ，Teacher Summer is Very friendly. Beautiful,Different from practicing by watching videos at home. The teachers here will help you correct your movements to prevent injuries. Whenever my friends see me, they say, "Have you lost weight? You look prettier."
