No follow through, no integrity. Ordered doors in October and was told would about 8wk. In 8wks we had to call was told it would be a couple more weeks. We again called and finally made appointment for delivery-no show and after waiting 6hours we call only to find out they mixed us up with another customer and product would be delivered at installation. HORRIBLE. Signed contract is Sept 2021, install date was moved from Dec 2021 to Jan 2022. Installation is horrible, caulking job is the absolute worst, damaged several items in my home (fell from shelf in a bedroom from them beating on the wall so hard), lack of communication from property manager, office manager always had an attitude. Language barrier between workers sent to "fix" issues and me and my fiance and when I mentioned this to the project manager he basically told me I was being racsist. HUH? Miracle windows has no one answering calls. They tell everyone that the windows are warranted with the manufacturer. Then you call the manufacturer, Regency Plus, and they tell you that the windows are warranted through the dealer. This is a ridiculous run around to get a repair. Do not work with them

I recently contacted Mircale Windows and Showers to have a three-season room enclosed with sliding glass doors ($20,000 + and the shower walls replaced, so approximately $35,000) for both. The day they were supposed to start, they never showed up, upon calling the office (****) stated that the truck broke down. The next day, the workers showed up, and a female construction worker apologized and stated it was her fault, family issues as to why they didn't ! OK now I'm lied to! My husband and I signed a contract to only replace our downstairs shower and our upstairs tub enclosure on 3/2/22 with Miracle ****************************** Showers (which I can't find any more). That's understandable! It's the same place as Miracle Windows & Sunrooms. Our shower was a large & odd shape but he said it would be no problem for *********** could do it in 3 days. How do, I start. I had purchased and replaced all the windows and patio doors in my house back in 2013, I really needed new energy efficient windows. I contacted Miracle windows because of a show case in the convention center in *******. I met with them and decided to go with them, the process went smooth and I had all my windows and doors replaced and they looked good. They assume you dont have cash and need them to finance you. Wont come give you a quote if youre refinancing your $500k home if they cant offer you financing. They offered to pen me in once the refi was complete. I guess the free estimate isnt really free. I declined their service. They seemingly have lots of businesses with almost the same name kind of feels like they may be trouble anyway.
