I purchased new windows for our home from Miracle Windows $17,900 (cash). We started having problems with our bathroom window after 1yr. Miracle Windows sent a guy out on Nov 6 to evaluate the problem. He said that the sash was broke and it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get the part and repair it. As of today 8 Jan 2025 and 8 weeks later no part and my window are still broken. windows are (were) excellent and installation was good. However, once they get it installed theey forget about you and good luck trying to get to talk to someone that's not "out of state". A genuine "pass the buck" ********

Update - October 7, 2024: It has come to my attention that I may have been subjected to a bait-and-switch scheme. After purchasing windows purportedly rated for impact resistance, non-compliant products were installed instead. This discrepancy was only uncovered during the final inspection, at which point the windows were found to not meet impact resistance standards, leading to a failed inspection. Horrible place to buy windows/doors. I have been having issues with windows and doors. Called/texted to have the issues fixed since it is covered for free. I cannot even lock my French doors from my living room leading to my back porch. I even called the main hub and left a message. No calls back or anything. This business is freaking horrible. Go somewhere else to buy windows/doors. Also placed a complaint with ****************** who I got a loan through. They claim your electric bill goes down 40% but mine has gone up by 5... read more

This company lies,does not do the job right, won't call you back and good luck with your warranty. What a load of crap!!!!!Run, as I got new windows with trash as insulation and now they all sweat no one wants to come fix anything. Got a new door and screen door that's not installed properly and door is all scratch up and they won't come out to fix it or give me my money back!!!! I bought new windows for my home through Miracle Windows. I am trying to have someone come to my home to verify they installed the right windows, and these people will not even call me back. I have tried for months. I understand they are going through major changes, with most of the original team gone, but they should not take on work they cannot service. Ordered Miracle Windows for the whole house as well as two entry doors. Installation failed to pass inspection due to s**** placement. Extra screws have caused some windows to work improperly. One door was larger than ordered and failed inspection until header was corrected. Now that they are finally ready for a final inspection, their license has been inactive going on two weeks.
