Steve and Michelle were very professional to deal with . Provided Carfax and mechanical inspection report by a local shop with items needing attention looked after. Would give them 10 stars if it was an option!! We purchased a used Fiat from Steve and Michelle, we had been looking in the lower mainland and with very little inventory had to expand our search to the Island. Steve answered all our questions immediately and honestly. He arranged to meet us at ferry so we could walk on and save bringing an extra vehicle over (they also will deliver to lower mainland if that’s easier). Had a positive no pressure experience. Steve went over the entire process of his and wife Michelle's business in a way that was very polite and pleasant. Knew the vehicle inside out and all the history of it , as well as the brand. I know more about Jeeps now than I ever did even doing all my research. They answered all questions we had which kept us engaged. The buying process was seamless. 1st place I hv been where it felt like time was flying. We recommend this Team 5 stars.
I recently bought a Fiat 500 with Michelle and Steve and the service was truly incredible, we received all the necessary attention regarding the vehicle, but the biggest difference with this company is the care they take with the customer, they were excellent tour guides. They indicated several beautiful places to visit in the region and enjoy the new car. I highly recommend Miracles to my friends
Steve and Michelle were great to deal with. We bought a travel trailer and are quite happy with it so far. The negotiations and paper work were very fair and easy. They had great communication and availability to suit our needs. The only aspect I would have like improvement on was the product knowledge. Steve admitted that travel trailers are not in their usual product lineup, this had just come in on a trade. Overall, this was a very positive experience.
