After reading a couple of these negative reviews, I am going to put my two cents in. I had actually filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about four or five years ago, but deleted it because I was afraid of the owner being a hothead. He was literally that unprofessional. They were so nice when they first came out to do the estimate and stuff. Then it started chipping around our porch posts and we asked him to come out under the Warranty. Had Miracle stone put on our porch. Hasn't been 2 years yet. There are white marks that have appeared. I've put a bale of hay in the fall then flower pots in summer. Sent pics to rose today who referred them to her husband. Basically there is nothing they can do. And there is nothing we can do to correct this. I was referred to this company and thoroughly regret it and will never refer anyone to Miracle Stone. Spend extra to get some respect and quality work because you will be lied to, belittled and spoken over like you are garbage. The way I was treated, I definitely was not the customer. Rose was far from professional during the little encounters I had with her. When she came to my home all she did was rush me and say well are you doing this or not after discussing and reviewing all of my questions I had that also seemed to ann... read more
