I used this services a few times. With the earlier services, I thought they were good. The prices were not cheap with deep clean etc. But get the job done. Then after another cleaning, the carpets were still dirty. I should have stop using their services right way. But I thought it was professional cleaned. Maybe it was condition of the carpet. Later it had to be cleaned by another services. In the most recent cleaning, I was busy at my work and couldn't oversee or check when it was cleaned. I was told there were dog urines ... read more
Justin came out to clean our carpet and couch and did such a thorough and great job our family thought we got new carpet! The pile came back and there was no residue left over. Great job!
